一 | A powerful Monday morning earthquake has killed at least 111 and injured 87 in the west part of Colombia. The agency said that it's common for this region to experience earthquakes of considerable magnitudes due to activities associated with the subduction of the Nazca Plate beneath the South American Plate. Near the end of June, Venezuela was struck by two earthquakes — with magnitudes of 7.2 and 7.5 — that were only 39 seconds apart. 二 | 本次会议围绕校园安保、消防安全工作展开，明确了当前阶段的重点任务。公安分局的刘胜波结合实际案例，详细讲解了校园反恐防暴、应急处置、防冲撞设施等关键环节的要点，强调了提升校园安全防范意识的重要性。「ANQUAN 」区教育局的领导们则从校园安全管理的角度出发，对各校（园）提出了更高的要求，要求各校园全面落实安全责任，确保校园安全无死角。校安科潘勇飞老师从校园消防工作、校园安全管理平台运用及片组常态化服务指导工作这三方面展开校园安全工作布置，详细的讲解了各项工作的细则，明确要求，进一步提高拱墅区教育局整体安全管理水平，为学校平安建设保驾护航！陈海龙老师就本学期的校园安全工作和任务进行了布置。对保安人数的落实、安全培训、材料上交、心理健康安全、矛盾纠纷等事项进行了讲解，强调学校在校园安全管理中一定要加强部门联动、沟通，并给出了科学合理的建议。张文洪科长进一步强调了各校园安全管理的台账建设、安全责任书、制度更新、周边部门协同处置的工作要求。对校园周边的交通问题、校园消防、明察暗访等工作和上一年的平安共建工作进行了分析，提出了解决办法，明确了工作职责。
