二 | 外国籍小孩在新加坡读小学，需要准备如下入学材料： a.孩子的出生证明b.孩子的护照c.孩子的入境签证/准证d.父母的NRIC，若父母没有NRIC，需要父母的入境证明/工作准证/就业准证。e.孩子的疫苗接种记录f.任何其他学校要求的文件其他的都好说，但是孩子的疫苗接种证明，如果之前都是在中国接种疫苗，现在持有的还是中国的疫苗本，该怎么办？该如何在新加坡的更新疫苗记录呢？ 1. 发送邮件给HPB邮箱新加坡保健促进局的邮件网址是[email protected]，发送邮件时需要附上以下信息（PDF或JPG格式）： ·孩子的出生证明（中文版的需翻译成英文）·孩子所持的准证·孩子的护照·孩子的疫苗记录（中文版的需翻译成英文）·父母在新加坡的准证（正反面）·父母的联系电话和电子邮件地址·住所和邮寄地址2. HPB的工作人员会更新孩子的疫苗记录，并回复邮件告知还需要补打哪些疫苗3. 打印出HPB回复的邮件去预约诊所补打疫苗4. 更新成功之后，家长可以通过SingPass登录HealthHub或者HPB网站（https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg）查看孩子的疫苗接种记录，上面会有疫苗接种项目，时间以及诊所的名字。注意：1.如果中国的疫苗本上有中英文对照，则不需要提交英文版本，直接拍照上传即可。2.已经在中国打完MMR（麻腮风疫苗）的孩子，由于其中一针在新加坡不被认可，通常还需要在新加坡补打一针。那么更新好之后，如何下载这份疫苗接种记录呢？ 1.用SingPass登录HPB网站：（https://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg）2.点击My Child进入孩子页面，再点击蓝色NRIC号码。3.页面会显示孩子的疫苗记录，点击右上角橙色的打印按钮，按照指示操作即可打印疫苗记录。
